Veterans

Gold Coast Detox and Rehab Services is a private, independent provider of support services for veterans.

We have staff experienced in counselling veterans and have staff with military experience. Our location is quiet with only four clients at any one time. We only offer 1:1 counselling and don’t offer group therapy or AA programs as other services require.

We offer a quiet, private and confidential service for ex-military personnel who require specialised treatment for PTSD-related mental health conditions and addiction management.

Our management team can organise your DVA application for you. A doctor or psychiatrist’s referral letter is required, with a medical history summary or diagnoses, DVA documentation and supporting evidence. We work with your advocacy team, the RSL and Open Arms for you to get the help you need ASAP.

Interstate Visitors

Gold Coast Detox and Rehabilitation Services can assist clients with recovery and addiction from any major city in Australia. We are located less than 30 minutes from Coolangatta airport and 90 minutes from Brisbane airport on the Gold Coast.

One of our staff can pick you up anytime of the day from either airport if you live in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin or any other interstate location.

If you need to be escorted from your home to your local airport and accompanied during your flight, we can make sure you arrive onsite safely.

After your stay, we can keep in contact with Facetime or Zoom for ongoing support.

NDIS

We help individuals who are seeking addiction support with psycho-social disabilities. As an NDIS provider, we offer a confidential service to those with NDIS funding and help manage liaison with your disability support workers and case manager.

We offer support for addiction, stress, illness and burnout in a relaxed, supportive and professional environment. We offer counselling, massage, acupuncture and physical therapies with other holistic modalities such as yoga, nutrition and naturopathy.

Our staff have a wealth of experience in working with individuals with substance abuse and comorbid conditions. Our team includes counsellors, therapists and those with experience and qualifications in psychology, social work, nursing and complementary medicine. Our key staff members also have experience working with NDIS clients and case management.

Bring Your Dog

At Gold Coast Detox and Rehab Services, we’re dog friendly. If you need to be with your pooch, we have plenty of space and people who love animals. We have our own therapy dogs, so providing your dog is sociable, the more the merrier. If your dog needs to be isolated, we have a separate secured area you can use.
