Rehab doesn’t have the be a drag. Once you are feeling rested you may feel like getting out and about. If you’re up for it, we have a wide range of activities to offer you. Weekdays are dedicated to our recovery programs with counselling, fitness, classes and education.
On weekends, we go beach walking, surfing, go-carting, sailing, shooting, jet-skiing and any other outdoor activity. We do archery, golf, virtual reality, skirmish and indoor sky-diving.
Our outdoor activities are not compulsory. If you feel like chilling out, we can just hang in a local café or get a manicure or haircut. There’s nothing better than getting pampered before you head home.
If you just want to stay in and watch Netflix, we’ve got that too.
