NDIS
The Hermitage Centre aids individuals who are seeking addiction support with psycho-social disabilities. As an NDIS provider we offer a confidential service to those with NDIS funding and help manage liaison with your disability support workers and case manager.
We offer support for addiction, stress, illness and burnout in a relaxed, supportive and professional environment. We offer counselling, massage, acupuncture and physical therapies with other holistic modalities such as yoga, nutrition and naturopathy.
Our staff have a wealth of experience in working with individuals with substance abuse and comorbid conditions. Our team includes counsellors, therapists and those with experience and qualifications in psychology, social work, nursing and complementary medicine. Our key staff members also have experience working with NDIS clients and case management.
